ERS & Bose

I got a question about this. Is the ERS (extended range sound package) different from the Bose premium sound package? I am thinking so, but I don't know for sure.

Thanks,

Yes they are different. The ERS is a "stock" type stereo...I think it was an upgraded one, but I'm not sure. The Bose was the top of the line stereo you could get in these cars from the factory. The sound quality and performance of the system was much greater the stock GM units. A much more expensive system too. Hope that helps.
