How to wire an amp without RCA
I am wondering how you would wire an amp and sub into a factory radio. The amp has the option of using either RCA or speaker level inputs, but I don't know how to go about wiring it with the speaker level inputs. I am thinking you wire it into the rear speakers, but I am not sure.
Any help/diagrams would be great

u dont use speaker as rcas...Use RCAS...I hope youve got a good head unit too...
did u mean amp your 6-9s? then u just use the speaker outputs on the amp and hook em up to ur terminals on the 6-9s...

its pretty easy. there should be an rca output on the head unit. hook that up to the input on the amp.
RCA(HEAD UNIT)---------------RCA input(AMP)
Blue wire Remote turn on (HEAD UNIT)-------------input remote turn on(AMP)
POWER from battery with a 4 gauge connector terminal + (BATTERY)------(fuse with 1 foot or so of battery)---------------(amp)+
Negative on amp - (ground)------------a good ground. Closest the better. So dont run all the way back to your battery or something...
your speaker outputs are pretty self explanitory though ohms can be different.

He has a factory radio, and an amp w/ speaker level inputs that he wants to run a sub with. The radio doesn't have RCA outputs, he's not trying to amp his 6x9s, and he doesn't need an LLC.So, the easiest way to do it would be to pull the 6x9s out and splice into the speaker wires that lead to them. DO NOT cut the speaker wires, just strip away some of the insulation so u can connect additional speaker wire that will lead back to your amp. That way u can keep your 6x9s hooked up and still get a signal to the speaker-level inputs on your amp.

jovial, I think you mean with speaker level inputs and RCA inputs (which he has). A ‘line’ out would not change with changes with the volume control. A ‘line’ in would be something that took a constant level in. You’ll see these in your home stereo. The CD player will have a output of 1Vp-p at 0db. That would go into the amp and the amp would change the ‘volume’.
sycOpath is right, I don’t know why I had it you where amping the 6x9s to...

I have 5 speaker level inputs for this amp.
+ and - left speaker
+ and - right speaker
then the last wire is a lone black wire, I assume it is another ground.
Am I right, do I need to use it?
