Who can help with Speaker Schematic for a 1992 Delco Fctory Radio?
I installed a 1992 Delco radio into my 1985 Firebird. It is the correct box, type.
The 1992 Delco has the "Ribbon" connection rear, Blue & Black.
I've got power, memeory and sound.
I believe I have the wiring for sound wrong, no matter how I try.
Who can offer me the correct name for what wires on the Blue and Black ribbon connector on the back of the radio?
I have it sounding ok, by offsetting the L-R & F-R selector *****.

Here ... does this help?

P.S. This schematic is getting kind of popular. Wonder if anyone reads past posts!

Here's what I can offer.
I have an AM/Stereo push button. Next to CO2 switch.
5 Band equalizer, 4 buttons, pre sets 7 stations
Model # 16129912
No mention on front of "Bose" head unit
Just says Delco.
I paid $25 @ swap meet.
Wouldn't you?
I kinda heard that question mentioned to me by a guy at Circuit City.
I was told it could be a high end $$ car stereo.
It fits perfect in my radio spot.
It's a decent radio, compared to the factory radio my 85 Firebird came with.
Any suggestions would really be a help!
I like stock looking radio, as it deters theft real well. Especially minus a CD player! I add mine by cassette adaptor.
