Nice car, I wish my car had that low of mi. on it. I think I like the door panels from the 91 better than the one on my 89. The cup holder would be a big +, I may see if I can find a set at the Junk yard to put on my car, at least the bottom pocket

Some of those pictures could have used a flash or a bit more light!
The Formula looks very nice, clean inside, under hood looks a bit dirty!
I like Black, too bad the TTA's didn't come a different color.
The Black Lace wheels make the car look a lot better "than stock Formula wheels" and the T-tops are a nice option.
Oh, and whose T-Bird Turbo Coupe in front of your car in the first Picture??

Thanks guys, yeah i know the engine bay needs a nice degreasing!!

Yeah i had a 1988 formula 350 with those silver rims yeah look ok, but i am glad this car had the t-tops and gta rims options from the factory.

Yeah i will take better pics soon!

That is my brothers 1989 i believe, Ford thunder bird turbo coupe, its a 4 cyclinder turbo. He bought the car for like 2000 and put about another 2500 in it. It's a 5 speed, custom exhaust, upgraded to a t3 turbo, he has a couple of guages (boost and air/fuel). He runs about 15 to 18 pounds of boost pressure by adjusting his boost controller. Also he has a nice sounding blow off valve (really loud, goes off basically after every shift). He probably runs the 1/4 in about 14.8 to 15.0, thats my guess, he has never ran it yet!

Hey MD Formula, if your brother pulls another 1/2 sec out of that little 2.3 4-cyl, he's gonna be all over you.
I love my F-Body's, but those Turbo Coupe's are a blast.
4cyl+upgraded Turbo & a few mods=14's Gotta Love it

Man I want one of those covers for the hatch. Did that come with the car and if not where can you get one cheap? Can you get a pic of that from outside the car?

thanks alot, my paint looks good from about 10 feet like in the pics, but the body has its fair share of swirl marks, dents, chips, and scratches.

the car has the best body and paint that i have had so far, so i am very happy about that.

If you have space in the drive, then by all means use it. It will prevent your car from becoming a victim.

thats true, but the garage is full of crap!!

and since the car is my daily driver it is in danger anyway..

it already has its fair share of door dings and scraps!

oh well when i start buying stuff for it, it will get a new fresh coat of paint eventually.
