Pictures of fully polished runners and plenum, I got them off!
I finally got the proper tools to remove my runners, It was a simple task, not to hard, but putting it back together in nerv racking, not knowing if your car is going to run like crap lol.

Looks pretty good. Try polishing runners from a Corvette, for some reson they are a differant casting and MUCH rougher!!

Ok, can understand that. Given the bits you are polishing are relatively smooth in the first place, but do you have any suggestions as to how would you really shine up a "rougher" piece, say the stock alternator casing?

Took me about 2 hours each runner give or take a few minutes, the entier project took me 6 hours taking my time.
