#1 - darbleinad needs some competition

#2 - Weddings are gay (I suppose by traditional definition they are in fact not gay... but they suck)

#3 - You don't know them???

#4 - Not likely an open bar

#5 - Your significant other will get all sappy and make you talk about YOUR wedding.... and your feelings...

see....this is no good......spending time with the girlfriend should only occur if there is nothing going on with the boys. activites involving cars or hanging with the guys are always more important than going out with the girlfriend. you just need to say "honey i am going to the track with the boys and you will like it. while i am gone you can bake me a pie."

johnyIROC is right......weddings bring out the worst in chicks.....they want to be up there in the fancy dress and such and as a result want to talk about your "relationship" and "commitment" and other such BS.

i suggest faking an illness and say you are going to the walk in clinic......then drive to sparta and race.......just say the clinic was busy when she asks why you were so long.

or you could sleep with the bride to be the night before the wedding.....that'll shut down this wedding business real quick...leaving your saturday open for fun at the track.

Every wedding you go to is one wedding closer to your own.

You might as well just get rid of your thirdgen and buy a white 2.2L Sunfire SLX right now...

try this

weddings make you sad because they remind you of funerals.

"bla bla bla... g0d bla bla bla.... love bla bla bla... great life, bla bla bla love"

and in the end some ones life has ended

Yeah, in October(hopefully). And I don't think the car is going anywhere. we already own our house and cars outright, the only debts are visa bills and such.
Having a hard time finding a church that will perform the ceremony without us having to attend church weekly for 6 months, thats not my cup of tea.

She found a church/priest in Ottawa, but thats about 45min away and I've been making a fuss about it, but I guess it's her day right, so why not.

Hey now, don't say all females are emotional wrecks or anything! I'd rather be at the track..
