I really want these tail lights...they are probably impossible to find.
I imagine some Euro Import companies could do it...or a European junk yard...

I was looking at the parts for the '86 Z28-E in my '86 assy. manual and on the '86 the above lights have a cover for the sides where they come to a point.

Is very interesting the diffrence in parts used for the "export" Z28's

Don't see why it wouldn't be...as long as the brake lights come on.
I am wondering why the euro models don't have spoilers?

I wonder why Europe always gets the better versions of cars. Those Tails look interesting.

Is it a law that the yellow turn signals must be on the outside in Europe?

It looks the same size, lens wise...I could re-use the black 'spacers' that ours have. Now that I have been looking at it...I kinda changed my mind...solid red looks much better.

Hmm.....cool. That's pretty interesting. Ive never seen that before. I noticed the black section is missing so that the wider plate can fit. Looks odd but yet somewhat cool.

I have seen them with the locking cap. I think they only did that for one year, 1983 I believe.

I may be wrong, but they look to be different widths than the american versions. Ours have all 4 columns at equal widths, but we also have the additional column of black rectangles, to compensate for the shorter plate, right?

Your're right, those tailights are a different width on European models to compensate for the longer European liscense plate.

Those locking caps were standard on all 82-84 Firebird S/E's. You could special order it on the T/A from 82-84. You could probably order it on Berl's and Z-28's form the same years.
