Looking really good mate!! Still fancy meeting for a beer sometime? How was the waxoyling? Guess what I got for Christmas... Need to do this and have been meaning to do it for ages now. I figure Hammerite black or silver and then Waxoyl (clear)
So where did you get your parts from? How much?
Speak to you soon!
Felix

Hi Felix,
We definatley need to meet up for a beer when the weather improves a little! I've been posted down South for a few weeks, but managed to get home tonight for the footie.
I think I got the LCA's and Panhard as a kit from Year 1, somewhere in the $250 range. (I replaced the sway bar bushings, but the bar is nice Hammerite smooth! Good colour match!) Shipped them to my sisters, and managed to avoid import tax for a change. She didn't thank for me for it. The LCA's weight a bit for a girl to lug down to the post office.
Cheers,
Paul

Have managed to take my 11 month old daughter for a burn in the 'ROC at last, great fun.. Got to keep the woman on side to keep the motor!
Where abouts are you based again?
Cheers,
Felix

I'm in Bicester, can't be that far??!
I got my disks from Peter Cooper, by far the most reasonable. I went for stock discs (rotors for you guys) and the pads that he recommends- semi metallic. My front discs have been warped for years
Funny how HP and traction have always been a prority over stopping....
Upgrade discs were stupid (ish) money and I believe with the right adjustments our cars can stop pretty well, especially with 89 up rear disks.
If I do a brake upgrade I will go with Jas traction, they can change our cars to work with Porsche brakes for £1600 ish. One day:lala:
Catch ya later
