Ok, i have an idea and need help. Imagine you turn on your parking lights. Then when you turn on your turn signal the buld flashes brighter than without the signal on. Ok, now how can i make it that bright all the time then when blinker is on it just dims instead of brightening? Is it possible?

 

got one wire for your marker lights, one wire for your turn signals, cant you just swap the two around? id do it right where it comes out of the car, just below your brake booster.

 

do you mean marker lights as side marker? if so, basically switch the front turn signal light wire and the side marker light wire?

 

1 More question, where and what is the booster? Firewall area? thanks, pic would help if it isnt to much trouble. thanks

I have to admit (inset my stupidity), I'm at a loss for what you're asking

 

OK ill try to restate this. ok when you turn on the parking lights the front bumper parking lights light up. then once you turn on a blinker those same lights blink brighter. is there any way that instead of it being dim with out the blinker, that it could be bright all the time as if the blinker was stuck on. Hope that helps.

 

So you're basically wanting a daytime running lights (DRL) like on a 4thgen ?
Here's a diagram to do it using 3 relays (per side) which can easily be obtained at the junkyard.
