OTP Vondracek Body Kit

http://www.8ung.at/pontiac/90fbsuperstreet.htm

I'd never do that to my car but actually I don't think it looks that bad. Only the fake hood scoop and the fake rear disc brakes are too much. Nice color, too.

The fiberglass stuff is from www.otp-vondracek.de. He also says they tuned his 3.1 V6 to 200hp. I contacted both to find out what exactly was done to it because the number seems pretty high for just the listed crane cam and k&n.

Discuss.

it's just something about that nose, i love it. the nose looks awesome and the wing isnt bad either. I usually always hate large wings like that but it looks goo on the car , it just needs a different hood.

I like it except that the nose is too long IMO. The sides look really cool and the wing works well too. Id like to see it with both the stock pre-91 front and the 91-92 front. I dont know if that is doable though cause it looks like the front fenders and nose are all one piece.

I think that is sweet! Looks as good on the third gens as the Predator kit! It actually looks even more aggressive than the Predator kit.

i like the nose, and gfx...... they are certainly something different, and work well to giving the car a different look. not enough to where you can't confuse the firebird with something else, but not too much to where the basic lines of the car aren't distorted either..... it looks like a firebird, but then it doesn't.

the wing could be wider, and more angular instead of curved.... i think a 91-92 z28 spoiler would look great here, as it would sit the whole width of the car. the wing shown below leaves a gap on the sides of the car, which doesn't look good to me. think of the mini spoiler that the 88 sc camaros got, and you'll see what i mean.

the mirrors don't flow well with the lines of the car to me, too rounded.... i visuallize the stock mirrors fitting better here.

the hood also is a big no-no to me. i'm visuallizing a ramair 1 hood, or even a trans-am hood. the hood with the ornamental vents just above the emblem. think of a stock gta hood.

EDIT: i forgot to comment on the color and rims. i don't think the zr-1 looking rims go well on this particular car. i'd like to see a set of the polished 10 spoke ss wheels.

i'm digging the purple color, though. looks good.

I dont like it that much.. But damn, it sure does make the car flow.

I am impressed, but I doubt I would buy it.

LOL, I think you'd have to move somewhere flat!
I don't think that front end would make it up too many hills (maybe not even the big ant pile in the yard!) that lip is VERY long, we have enough problems already with the long front overhang.

I love everything but the Hood and fake disc breaks. I would would but a RA2hood or a 2'5inch cowl harwood on it instead. Than put clear side markers with 91-92 TA taillights and ZO6 rims. Shave the door handels, put the fender vents in. Tint the windows. Add a LS1 with 6 speed and supercharger. And right there u got a 10sec dream car.

It actually looks pretty cool IMO, looks really mean. Shave the handles, clear markers, bigger chrome wheels, take the ugly vents out of the scoop, chop the top, buy a real motor and that car would rock. Whats the back look like anyways?

I may have to invest in a Firebird fr my next car if we can get that shipped here! That would be sweet! I would have to put a real engine in it though. Something that could back up the looks!

The nose looks similar to the KITT Knight Rider nose without the scanner cutout and also the bottom sticks out more.

lmao.. sorry I had to do that. I still like how they came stock but... the bumper sticks out like Jay Leno's chin lol... the wing is just way to high the hood peice looks like someone just glued it on there.. as far as the other ground FX.. It would look cool.. in a game or something... but not on the street.

That front is hideous.

Why do people continue making kits for 3rd gens. With great style that GM designed all they can do is mess it up.
