What size collectors are those. Also what size pipe are you running after the headers? You have great clearance. Does your y-pipe merge after the oil pan? If it does, that is a pretty slick way of routing your exhaust.

I have 2.5" pipe into 3" it all merges about the middle of the car. The ground clearance in the pic is more than I have because it's on a jack but I still have more than enough clearance about 4" at the lowest point.
Oh and they are 3" collectors.

I was about to say...for a minute I thought I was looking at a full size chevy instead of a camaro.

clearance doesnt look bad tho.

hmm I was gonna get some slp 1 3/4'' headers but I may just do what you did. I would rather have longtubes again. Just not dual exhaust. I think I would notice a sound difference over my 1.5'' edelbrocks. The edelbrock y-pipe is kinda nice tho.

Compared to the shorty thirdgens I hve heard in person mine sounds much better IMO. the shorties just don't seem to have that header sound to me.

My car sounds pretty good the way it is but I think It would sound better with longtubes. Plus the hedmans are nice headers. I am getting coated headers thought.

You have any problems driving over speedbumps? or scraping during normal driving?

I have yet to scrape once the only speedbumps I have driven over were the ones at the vette museum yesterday and they are a little different than your normal speed bump. The only thing that has hit my exhaust was a dog and I had nowhere to go by the time I saw it laying in the road from when it had been hit before.

When I had my dual exhuast I hit a dead groundhog and it hit my mufflers lol

Soon as I sell my paintball gun I think Im gonna get a set of spohn sfc, some 3.73 gears, and maybe do my exhaust like this. How much did they charge for the y pipe install.

From those pictures the y pipe looks no lower than the 3'' intermediate pipe...is that true? Or is it lower.
