Which Cam should I use?

I'm In a stat of aww right know with my car.
I'm curious which cam will make more power in my 383,trickflow head, MiniRam and DFI.(JMy intake manifold is a higher rpm on that likes to rev to 6500)(2800rpm stall)
The Cam that is in it know is small for the car. It's a Hydro roller. Specs are as followed:
Hydr. Roller,
214 to 216 at .50
488 and 510 lift (Good power in the range up to 5000rpms)
Next is Edlebrock RPM Hyd Cam
234 to 244 at .50
488 and 510 lift (2500-6500) 6500

I have both of these cams and I don't know which on to use.
On the on hand I have a roller set up which saves power over non-roller type
but on the other the Eldbrok cam matchs my intake maifold design better and its ability to go extra rpms!

I would NOT use the Edelbrock cam. It is a flat tappet for one thing; it's an old design for another. I'd suggest you call some of the major cam mfrs. like Comp and Crane and Lunati and get their recommendations for a hyd roller. From what I know of that intake and those heads, you're probably going to want something with about 230-240° of duration both intake and exhaust, 110° lobe sep, and as much lift as you can get. As an example, look at one from Comp with their 3194 or 3196 lobes, assuming you have 1.5 rockers and that your valve springs will go to .585" lift. If they won't go that high, look at one with their 3315 or 3316 lobes. The other mfrs should be able to come up with lobes with somewhat similar specs.
