Secondary Cross Member Info

Looking for info on the cross member pictured below--the short piece with the red donuts. If there are secondary cross members 86-up, please list the year and transmission.

My 1988 Firebird with the 2.8L MPFI, 700R4 had that kind of crossmember...

My '83 has that style....I put new rubber bushings on it and found out the holes where the bolt goes through to hold the bushings are rusty, but still works for now.

JamesC - Looks clean under that car! You can't find one that clean in these parts!
