anyone have link for the "Ultimate Subwoofer box"?

A long time ago someone posted a link to the ultimate thirdgen subwoofer box. They had made it in autoCAD and had the dimensions and everything on their website. I would really like to see that site again. Somebody please help me.

I e-mailed you a drawing I stole off the net a long time ago. It may be what you are looking for. If so, e-mail me back because there are other drawings that go along with it and I can send them to you.

Could you send me a copy? I don't have AutoCAD but we do have AutoCAD Lt and the full version at tech school. I'd like to print it out.

Thanks,
Matt

I printed it off a long time ago. I'm actually using the plans to build a box this weekend or next weekend using 3/4 MDF instead of the 5/8 the plans call for. I'll keep you guys posted as to how it goes and if the plans are correct. I almost think that the plans make it a little more complicated than it could be because of all the angle cuts. Bro in Law owns a wood working shop so he's doing the cutting. I was just going to break out a tape measure but I have the plans lying around so what the hell. Has anyone else built off these plans?

Hey, all.... I'd be interested in a copy as well. Email or snail mail. I do happen to have AutoCad and Solid Works on my computer, so a cad file would be good. Thanks in advance if anyone can help!

Drawings were e-mailed to jonathan-2fast4u@juno.com, robert_myers@quakeroats.com, davegilbert2@yahoo.com.

Note: I found this drawing on the web. I did not make the drawing. I have not used it. I didn't even check to see if the dimensions were close.

What I want to do is this. I'm going to go off the plans and build a box making slight changes in the plans like making it for 3/4 inch instead of 5/8 and making the box a little taller so the top is flush with my amp rack. I'm cutting it out one piece at a time and test fitting everything to test the plans. I'll keep you all posted and if I have time (unlikely until I get the whole system installed) I'll do up my own plans to post on a website.

You missed me. I'll put a copy on my site if there are no copyright disputes or anything.

Has anyone ever built this thing? How'd it turn out? I was also wondering, how thick is the wood that it's made out of?

I got the pics if any one wants them:

Note: I didn't make these, nor do I know who did. I can remove them if I need to.

yeah, I am gonna work on that. Just break it up to basic geometric shapes, squares, rectangles, and triangles. Then add them all up. Don't any f you remember geometry from H.S.??? ( i think you can tell that english was not my best subject, I tend to misspell things)

I cadded it up with 5/8" wood thickness. I got 3.45 cu ft of space in it. If anyone else calculates the volume post it!

I am almost done making that box, the only thing left for me to do is paint the top of the box where the speaker sits, the sides are carpeted. Will post pics soon.

kinda like this box

Here is a similar box. For 4 oz 300l 8's but you could build it without the shelfs for the 8's and do what ever.
