Rebuilt posi unit new cones and springs etc. Motive 3:70 gears. complete rear. without disc brakes $325 with $400. Steel goodmark Cowl hood. I'm pretty sure that shipping the whole rear would cost a fortune. However I,m willing to ship parts off the rear. I will let the posi unit go for $150 plus shipping and the gear set go for $175. But if you want the package deal I'll take $300 FOR BOTH. It would be a heluva lot cheaper to ship. for the axles I'll take $25 each plus shipping. This stuff has got to go!

 

Where are you located?

 

Did you rebulid the rearend or did you have someone else do it? How many miles have you put on it? Is it still all together, or is it apart?

rear is currently not together. I was looking to part it out. I would be able to ship the parts out of the rear. Or if someone wants to pick up the complete rear from me they can assemble it. It is to much of a hassle to ship the complete rear. I had the rear in my car. The posi unit was rebuilt and worked great, the gears are motive 3:70's which did make a slight whine when driving on the highway, I beleive they made noise because they were not shimmed properly. Upon disassembly there is no damage to gears or bearings in the rear. everything is fine the rear just needs to be set up properly. I don't want to pay somebody again to find out that it is still not right, Thats why I want to get rid of it and buy a moser rear which is already assembled and warranted. I'm done screwing around and paying people a lot of money for nothing.

 

I got my moser rear and I really need to get rid of all the 9 bolt stuff! I have a 9 bolt housing, rebuilt 3 series posi carrier, various ring and pinion sets, axles, rear disc setup. I also have a complete factory 3:45 9 bolt rear that is in my car right now that is unmolested with a good working posi, I would like to get rid of this too for $300 plus shipping. I am taking offers on all the other 9 bolt stuff. There are things that I hav'nt listed so feel free to reply with what you may need for a 9 bolt. I need to get rid of this stuff!
