WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
I have a red trans am tail light bird and would like to trade someone for a silver bird. My car is going to be a dark graphite paint with a silver '85 T/A hood bird and sail panel birds. Would like this to match the effect. Anything you got, let me know. I took the pictures with the flash off so it doesn't hide any of the scratches. This is a used bird that is in very good shape, none of the scratches that you see are deep, just surface. Buff it and it's perfect. Any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks.

Re: WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
I think I might have one for you... I took off my center Trans Am section with a silver bird (in favor for a flat firebird section) and I might be lying around... I'll be honest and say I'm not sure about the condition but I recall it wasn't too deep, probably be sanded down and polished... I'll try to get pics soon...

Re: WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
That would be great if you could do that. If you wouldn't mind posting or emailing me a picture of the item, that would be great. My email is wisniej467@cobleskill.edu if you choose that method. Thanks for taking the time to look!

I found the bird for you, but sadly its gold and not silver. I took pictures of it if you'd still like to see it...

Yeah, I really thought it was silver, but I hadn't seen it in months. I'll keep an eye out at the junkyard... have you ever thought of the glowing bird mod? Thats why I got rid of my Trans Am center section...click here

Re: WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
I honestly thought about it and was ready to do it since I had the firebird tail lights, but then I got a really nice set of trans am taillights. I was avutally thinking about keeping this orangy-red one and making it glow. Just a thought at this point. Don't plan on paying hawks $35 for one.

Re: WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
I have a good condition trans am center to put this back in if some wants to trade the entire center section. Also have parts available and hitting the yard this weekend, willing to trade parts for either just a good condition silver bird or the entire center trans am section with a silver bird.

Re: WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
I'm going to a few yards this weekend myself, I'll keep and eye out for you...and I concur about the glowing part, The thing that bothered me is that the regular Firebird section doesn't have the reflector strip at the bottom, but that has been fixed since I got GTS tailight covers... now its all even...

Re: WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
Yea that is what held me back is that reflecter not being there. I kinda wish it was because I have like 3 sets of firebird taillights at this point of no use LOL, thank you for keeping an eye out for me!

Re: WTT Silver Trans Am Tail Light Bird
So I just came back from the junkyard....guess what I found?
Its in very good condition, probably one of the best I've seen. If I had the Trans Am center section, I'd keep it... But I don't. I also found a very nice set of Trans Am grid tail lights I might go back for...
