I have a complete set of red seatbelts from a 91 Z28. They all function correctly, I'm switching the car over to a black interior so I have no use for them.

Probably not at that price. Wouldn't be worth the gas money to take the stuff to the UPS store to ship it.

Do the rears have a shoulder belt along with the lap belt? If so, how do the shoulder parts mount? I would like to add these to my 85, which just has lap belts in the back (long story).

 

yes they have shoulder belts. There is a bracket that attaches to the seat and the tensioner mounts in front of the wheel arch in the back. You would need the right seats and interior plastics to go with the belts. You could probably make the bracket for the tensioners.
