I am restoring a yellow 92 GTA and I am looking for the 14 mm bolt and metal clip that holds the alternator wiring. I believe that all 88-92 TPI cars came with these parts. There is no part numbers available for these parts so I am looking for good condition, rust free parts. Below is a picture for the bolt and clip.



I am also looking for 3 throttle body coolant clamps for 1985-92 TPI cars. I have tried buying them new but the 2 part numbers I have are for worm style clamps. I am looking for clamps in good condition that aren't rusty. Here are some pics:

I am interested in a set of runners like shown on the left or center in the picture. I assume no dents and they are in good shape. Also intersted in a plenum particularly the lower one shown in the picture. I also assume they are in good shape with no threads pulled etc. Let me know. I live in Southern California.

The runners you inquired about are the 89'+ style; I only have the older sets left.
The upper you referenced is also 89'+. The only one I have is from an 88.

 

I think I've found the clamps (in shipping). The alternator bolt and metal clip I am still looking for but hopefully I'll find some in good shape soon. If you happen to find those parts, send me a pm. Thanks.

Does the '88 plenum include the throttle bracket and fittings? Do you have a good factory EGR? Are the early runners without dents? How about the rear plenum cover that goes over the distributor?

 

Yes, I can include the bracket and fittings. I do have a good EGR and a distributor cover. The runners are not entirely dent free, but the dents are small.

 

So what are we talking about money wise? From the above post it looks like you take PayPal.

As far as I know there's no difference between the 88 and 89 EGR valves.

 

prob not, i just need a negative backpressure style egr valve and the temp sensor that screws in to the base. dont know if it helps, but the part # for the one im replacing is 17085813 followed by 82N, i guess as long as its got an N on it it should be what im looking for. if so,how much to ship to 92585. thanks.

Have the lower intake from my 88 FS now ($40 shipped) along with the EGR ($30 shipped), hard lines from fuel rail, soft lines, and fuel rails themselves. Tons of fasteners.

Do you happen to have the alternator wiring harness bolt that attaches to the intake manifold. A picture of it is in post # 9. I would pay $10 for the correct bolt plus shipping (if you had the metal clip that goes with it, that would be nice too). Let me know. Thanks.

Is the head on that bolt 13 or 15mm? That clamp looks like the same piece that holds a wiring harness on the PS cyl head; I don't think I have any of those, but I can likely find a bolt for you.

 

The head on the bolt is 14 mm.
