Well obviously if someone seems super squirrely or sketchy I'm not going to want to just send them money. If someone seems trustworthy or has a good reputation on this site, of course I'll go first.

so, has this site got to the point that you make all offers by PM's so someone doesn't immediately come in and undercut the price you are asking for something? some sites i deal with you never post a price because you will get 2 or 3 people instantly do that. go ahead and get them from henry--obviously he needs the money pretty bad.

 

In all fairness Ron, $102 with shipping for grid style lights does seem a bit high. THe last set I bought was $50.

what do you expect, for nobody else to post up their sale price once you throw yours out there?

 

While I'm waiting for replies to a bunch of PMs and Emails I have sent, I'm still looking so post 'em if you got 'em. Also interested in Export style tail lights.

 

i always leave a few days for replies when i see someone else post a price on parts, or if there price is so low i don't even respond. -just thought it was the right thing to do.

i've sold 3-4 sets of the grid tail lights and every time they have sold for 80.00 to 100.00 per set.

It's all about the item that your looking for. I've got several sets of IROC Tail Lights I could sell all within a range due to the condition of the parts. The "part" that one guy has is never the "part" that another guy has so the Price is almost always irrelevent. It's the PART ( or the quality thereof ) that people should look for FIRST ----? then the price.

I might post parts 1/2 the price of someone else, or post a price twice as high: not because I want to steal a sale, but because that's what I think it's worth. Some guys just want to dump stuff - good AND/or bad.

Edit: This ( part of ) TGO is all about members like Shaz & I getting EXACTLY the ThirdGen parts they are looking for !
