Speedo cable needed 87 IROC 700r4
So I need a speedo cable. Looks like the actual cable comes in two pieces with the split being on the firewall, and I need the lower half, or the cable that connects to the tranny. My ride is an 1987 IROC 5.7L with 700R4 transmission. I need it shipped to British Columbia, Canada, postal code V0E 1V1. Please provide quote for part and shipping if you could please. I prefer U.S.P.S. if coming from the USA and I don't ever want anything to come via UPS because they tack on huge brokerage fees.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I'm not sure, maybe someone else can confirm this?
My car originally had a 305TPI with a 5 spd trans, but I swapped in the 5.7TPI and auto with its cable, that was a year ago. From what I remember the cables were similar, but the 5 spd cable was also broken just like my auto and in the same place, right where it connects into the tranny. I no longer have the other setup for comparision and my memory isnt' what it used to be.

Would you be able to post a pic of the cable end so I could have a visual comparison?

Yes, I'm interested. Was waiting for a more concrete answer from someone who might know if these parts are interchangeable or not. I posted a thread in the tech section for this and only had one person respond, but still not definitive.

I have one from a 87 auto car if you need it still. I can do $20 plus the ride from Ontario if you still need it

That cable looks like the right thing, thanks for the pics. But as 6six6 is offering me the exact match to what I'm looking for, plus he's in Canada so shipping will likely be less, I am going to go with his instead, sorry. If that doesn't work out I will likely take yours.
