This is a long story and a HUGE MESS. A horrific experience also, a copy and paste of my page long BBB complaint is in the description of most of the vids.
I wanted my $219.04 refunded

cliffs notes:

shifter cable broke, car was towed to ed's
manager was lazy & said couldn't find the part, had to find my own part
surrounding auto parts stores/ebay had the part
2 hour job took 8 days, car still wasn't done

interior was in pieces, door left open, damaged and unable to be closed, huge mess inside
radio was stolen - due to negligence (door left open)
mgt and techs lie saying car never had a radio (now HUGE hole in dash FULL of wires)

called corporate, spoke to the VICE PRES, SHE acted like a total btch, told more lies than hillery
ALL PHONE CALLS RECORDED
was accused of stealing own radio, was asked if had cops dust for finer prints to rule self out

days later new cable breaks, had car towed across town to another location
car spends 10 MORE days, 18 days total
HAD TO BUY A SECOND CAR! $1200 , tax rides to/from work would have been $800+
company talked 3 paragraphs of SMACK about the car on 2nd receipt

filled a Better Business Bureau complaint
-told them if they don't make it right ill go public- they don't care
vice press took 29 days to respond, with a single sentence, and upload 3 pics of the inside AFTER they got the radio STOLEN
said car never had radio

I responded back with screen shot showing radio, said im going public
-crickets-

Sounds like a shady company. Here is a bit of advice - you need to learn how to do minor repairs on your car. You drive an old car. Things are going to break. Places like that make a living out of screwing people. There are plenty of shady business out there. The less you rely on them, the better off you will be.

Sorry I feel for you and don't want this to come off the wrong way but another word of advice is tp really limit your use profanity and poor grammar when posting complaints. It doesn't come off proffesional, and people won't take you seriously.

Not much you can do other than lick your wounds and walk away with an experiance that you will learn from.

It will cause you more grief taking them to small claims court.

This was the Michigan road spot. Don't got to any of them, their ALL CROOKED.
The castle 1 messed up my tilt column while rebuilding my trans not 3 years ago.
The steering wheel was hanging and the ignition tumbler was locked up. They tried so hard to cover it up that they bent my ING key. When blaming the car failed...they blamed me.
- I told those fools that they were gonna fix my ****.

Don't know what gave you that idea. I only used ed-dohs CROOKS N CON jobs 3 times.

first was getting the 10 bolt rebuilt (it blew up...) job was good minus the fill fitting for the diff be messed up.
Second was the trans job: They messed up my tilt column and...(pretty sure I discussed that job here (or in a vid)
Third was this cable screw up
