Hsr/head and cam

I have a Hsr intake afr195cc heads. The question I have is the cam. I am looking at the comp Xfi280 cam for this set up. I have a 3600 stall so I know with this cam it will be A bit sluggish down low but the converter will help that. I want to say that the springs on the heads are 140 on the seat and 356 compressed but not sure. Will this cam work with what I have or is there a better cam out ther for what i want. Ima going to turn it 6000-6500

Re: Hsr/head and cam

XFI280 works for me, although theXFI268 was also a lot of fun and had a much broader torque curve.
