I robbed my 89 of its drivetrain for a corvette project I picked up, I had hopes of bringing her back to life myself someday but since space is limited (and the neighbors complain because it sits in my driveway and I park my TA in front of their house) So I'm forced to part with it.. I'm willing to sell it very cheap as long as the buyer will actually put a drivetrain in her and not use her as a parts *****. I loved this car and the emotional attachment to it (years of work and busted knuckles) will not let me see it sent to the crusher. Paint is presentable but there is a chip on the rear bumper, the front bumper cover is in primer do to someone backing into it in a parking lot and driving away (broke the headlight mount bar, I replaced it with a new piece and primered the bumper cover, then came the deal of the century on the vette so I made my choice..) Also has a dent in the drivers door. It's easily fixable but for as cheap as you could get a door at a jy I was going to go that route.. all gfx are good and uncracked. Comes with full exhaust system headers back and flowmaster with 2 crome tips exiting behing the rear wheels, comes with v8 mounts. Brakes are fairly new all around, less than 1k miles on em, new front struts with maybe 50 miles, new centerlink, inner + outer tie rod ends + adjuster sleaves (never aligned car after replacement so its recommended). New wheel bearings front and rear. Full interior in good shape with exceptions of a rip on the drivers seat. Has holes cut for manual shifter and slave cylinder but manual setup was sold. Have origional auto pedals and shifter that go with car( all that would be nessicary to return to auto is a piece of steel bolted or welded into place). Sold the rims that were on the car, currently sits one 3 firebird crosslace wheels and a donut. New moog highjacker springs in the rear to clear taller tires, steering wheel is from an s-10 since I removed my grant wheel for my other project. 373 posi drum gear end. Front struts are kyb agr's with less that 50 miles on them. Body is extremely solid with no bondo or rust, floor pan looks new. Rear hatch pulldown motor is broken and will require replacement. Has IROC louvred hood with good struts, needs latching bar as mine was sold with my cowl hood. Also have somewhat rare rear spoiler similiar to the 92 highrise only its a 2 inch rise I believe. Has all underhood wiring nessicary for a carbed engine. Rear LCA's are sphon and rear shocks are KYB AGX, depending on the sale price I may keep these and replace with stock units. To put this car back on the road it will need the following: front and rear swaybars, engine, transmission, driveshaft, radiator + fan, latching bar for hood, 1 more 15 inch wheel or a set of your choice. Rear tires have good tread and are BFG Radial T/A's 275 50 15's. Obviously will need 2 front tires. Also has an aftermarket sunroof which DOES NOT leak!
