EBL Flash w/Port Mod or EBL P4 Flash?
Either way there are BINs for TPI engines for both EBL systems. EBL Flash:
EBL_F_3005.BIN: 5.7l TPI, auto (Port Mod)
EBL P4 Flash:
EBL_P4_3005.BIN: 5.7l TPI, auto
Once the fueling is decent can try the aluminum headed TPI SA tables (Main & Extended) copied over into the BIN you are using.

No port mod required for the P4 flash ECM, it is already a MPFI ECM.
The port mod is an inexpensive addition to the EBL Flash & Flash-II ECMs for MPFI. It changes both the injector firing rate and disables the peak-and-hold function of the injector drivers. This allows the EBL Flash/Flash-II ECM to be used to easily convert MAF based TPI setups to speed density.

Re: New to EBL flash and was wondering what bin to start with.
Thanks for the replies guys. As you see in my sig I have a MAF based TPI system in my Monte Carlo. I have always been thinking about a 383 with Holley Stealth Ram. I would use the EBL P4 Flash. I'm just not sure which version of the EBL I should get. I have been programming chips for a few years now and I like not having to burn chips with P4 Flash.

Can use either the P4 or the Flash-II w/port Mod. There are some differences between them, with the P4 having additional functionality over the Flash-II. The biggest difference is in the re-pinning of the stock ECM harness connectors. Just a handful need to be moved for the Flash-II.
While the P4 requires a third connector and most terminals/wires moved. But this is a one shot deal, so if the re-pin is OK with you, not a big deal.

Thank You Guys for helping me to understand EBL. I would probably install a speed density harness in-place of my MAF harness. I know that if I re-pin my MAF harness I will probably make a mistake.
