VE tables vs PE
I have no problem dialing in my VE tables up to about 32-3500 rpm. My question is how can I datalog above that without hitting PE? Even trying to disable PE (max tps, max map) I can't load the engine at higher rpm's long enough to log data. Since from what I understand, PE is based on a VE of 128, how do I fill in the blanks?

Not 100% sure, but I'd imagine you've reached the point where you'll need a wideband controller. If your mask has a table for TPS vs.PE you can raise it all the way to keep out of PE mode. I know that much.

I appreciate that, TPS can't be set above 100%. I have a wideband, but without knowing where you are starting from, it's a guess to get to where you want to be.

Re: VE tables vs PE
He is attempting to tune the 85-90 Kpa region at 4,00 rpm or similar area.
Disable PE by temp if that is an available option.
Change the BLM update rate to something lower like 1/2 second (but only for the time you are tuning) Put it back once done to 2 seconds or so.
That will allow faster updates in your histogram to see where the fueling needs adjusting.
That way you don't have hold those areas for a long time to get a reading.
Don't rely on a single drive for the corrections, do multiple logs and manually average the indicated changes before applying them.

Re: VE tables vs PE
WB will tell you whether you need more or less fuel in the VE tables at higher RPM. You need to adequate FP as well. Same on injectors.
When you go PE the BLM is locked and uses 128 if the BLM is adding fuel(ie 140). If removing fuel (120) I believe it uses 120.
I believe the VE table will have max values(rpm/map) at max TQ.
