Inline Tube - Stainless Steel Brake Lines

Ordered a set of stainless steel brake lines from inline tube in MI. Inline tube makes a kit that is like OEM and a direct fit. Pay the extra $20 and get stainless.

Great quality, fit and outstanding customer service.

Tracking number provided when shipment was ready. Lines wer well packaged and came with instructions on how to straighten the lines properly.

Overall......

Lines unpacked before install.

Re: Inline Tube - Stainless Steel Brake Lines

Inline Tube has incredible quality parts and I recommend them to everybody. If you need replacement brake lines or fuel lines they are the only way to go. Also, The Project is right, spend the few extra bucks and get the stainless lines. For the slight difference in price there's no reason not to.

I put their stainless brake lines on one of my cars about fifteen years ago and they look as good now as the day I put them on the car.

Re: Inline Tube - Stainless Steel Brake Lines

i also purchased these lines from them for my 87 camaro 4wdb. some lines werent bent in the right place, and the fitting leaked on a few spots. if you have to reflare these lines to adapt them to anything updated like a new prop valve, dont even bother, unless you have ALOT of patience. go with the regular steel lines.

That's definitely true, stainless tubing requires special flaring tools that aren't cheap so if you're planning to customize the lines and don't have the right tools for stainless you should definitely get the regular steel lines.

Project - They look nice....glad to see you're thinking ahead.
Isn't your engine getting lonely sitting in the garage and not in your car

They cost $185 for the complete set shown. You can also order the sections seperately if you not need everything. I don't have a motor or trans in my car so it made sense for me to just replace everything at once.

Re: Inline Tube - Stainless Steel Brake Lines

Looks and sounds good! My lines are rusted to hell so probably need replacing soon. I will keep these guys bookmarked when the time comes.

Can you possibly provide a little more info on what type and/or manufacturer to shop for? I was recently thinking about a set by Mastercool that I saw reference to that did all type of tubing connections including the saginaw o-ring type.
