Q1a coil overs Help

hey i want to get some coil overs from spohn. they're Q1a's and just wanted to know if anyone has used them. i was just about to buy them rite now but i think Im gonna wait till tomorrow or Sunday. the thing that I'm debating about is what spring rate. I was gonna get a #325 but i dont know if it too stiff for a daily driver but yet i love taking turns. oh and i was gonna get double adjustable struts. here's the link: http://www.spohn.net/shop/1982-1992-...-Firebird.html
