New Smoked Bumper lights and Side-Markers

I just picked up a set of smoked bumper lights and side markers. I put them on and think it updated the car quite a bit. Let me know what you guys think. I also picked up a set of Z06 wheels ill be putting on next year after winter. Gotta get some rubber for them still.

Re: New Smoked Bumper lights and Side-Markers

I bought the same set myself. I wish the fronts were not so clear. I like the sidemarkers however. If the fronts were still textured like factory but smoked, I think that would have been ideal.

I think they look good too. The original ones on both my and my son's Camaro look really bad. I've been wondering what options were available to replace them.

Yeah I thought the exact same thing when I got them, Definitely thought they were more smoked then they real were. I am gonna try them out for a bit and if I decided to go for a more smoked look Ill spray some VHT on them. Actually might as well VHT the stock ones so I got one of each haha.

Are these the ones, or similar to the ones you bought.

Are the lenses smoked or are they clear with a black backing on the back housing out the light?

Yea those are pretty similar to the ones i bought. Here is the direct link to the ones I bought:

The lenses are smoked. They weren't as smoked as they looked on the photo on ebay. Also the photo I took of them on my car came out pretty bad also. It looks like they have a black ring around the outside but when you view with your eye you don't see that black outline that you do in the picture. The photo makes them look worse than they are.

The smoked lenses look good with the dark red.

I just applied window tint film on both the side markers and bumper lights. Two years now and still looking good.
