Dont buy g-force t5 kit.
My g-force kit with upgraded mainshaft broke after 2000miles. Called and who I talked to wouldnt help at all and didnt even offer to take anything off the price of a new kit. Told me flat out I cant help you and there's not much I can do. Its not like I wanted them to replace it for free but heck I thought they would atleast care that there product broke in 2000miles and offer to do something, anything. Very disapointed! Now I have to start looking for a trans from a DIFFERENT company.

Can you expand some more on what exactly you bought from G-Force and your application please.
They do state that the G-F T-5's are good for 600HP / 500TQ on the website and I have read that elsewhere.
I read you even sprung for the upgraded mainshaft, but did you buy the synchronized or dog ring gear kit? Did you have them build it or did you DIY?
New case and tailshaft or the original GM ones?
What exactly broke?
How much power is your motor making? Was that 2000 miles a quarter of a mile at a time or is the car street / daily driven?

I bought the syncronized kit, 400 horse, 2000 miles of street use with the car only running good maybe 100 miles of that. Stock case and tailshaft but what broke was the 3rd gear gernaded. I asked if the dogring setup would be stronger and his answer was, "its made out of the same material so there not much different."
The kit is in my 89TA full weight with a centerforce dual friction and drag radials. 413 TPI.
