You're right that seems to be a misunderstood topic. I don't recall any 91-92 Camaros with ttops and 350s.
But just PM Mdformula350, he has a 91 ttop 350, so they do exist.

I know they didnt put a 350 with a 5 speed, cuz GM though the cars couldnt handle it. Of course if they threw on some SFC to stiffin it up they would have been fine. Stupid (mumble mumble) GM ( mumble mumble)

i have also never had a problem w/ leaks either.
a it also helps if you opt. 4 the lexan tees, lighter weight, flexable
but look like $h.t all scratched up from the inside

mine use to leak alittle bit, but that was because over the years the adhesive gm used wore out, so i bought some clear silicone and put it all around where the body and weatherstripping meet..
i think gm knew that the t5 could not handle the 350 because they would break alot if pushed alot, because of the massive torque increase and alittle bit more horses runnning around.
t-tops are actually beafed up at the factory to handle the lack of roof..
thats why its not a good idea to transform a hardtop to a t-top..
