looks good, but I always thought they referred to the rims on the newer firebireds as salad shooters, not the Camaro ones
Best picture that I could find in a quick search...

I got mine off ebay for around $200. THe sellers name was "completevalue" but I don't think he currently has any up for auction. Only reason I even got them was because the wheels and tires were free from someone on a regional board and the spacers were a steel.

Hmm I usually hate these on third gens but they look good on your car! Maybee its the primer I dunno. If it were me id keep that car like that and use it for my daily driver and get a project car to fix up. No clue about your situation or plans, just think it would be cool to have a car like that I referred to as my daily driver.

i think the wheels look bad. by bad i mean awesome. keep them when you get your new paint and get them chromed, drop it, and put low pro tired on it.

Paint is on hold for a while now The car has a horrible misfire/backfire when moving at all and it has a miss when it is idleing. I don't have a garage or the tools to do work on it in IA so it will probably sit the rest of the winter till I have time to fix it, sell it for parts, or drop a new engine in.

Stiers, it sounds like a timing problem my friend. If you already have a timing gun then it's basically a free / 15 minute thing to fix Personally, ever since I saw that primered black GTO in The Punisher I've fallen in love with primer black sports cars (just cause it makes them look almost primal)... dont think I'd ever drive one unless I had plans to give it real paint pretty soon though lol.
EDIT: haha just realized I found this through a search, sorry if it's way old lol.

well i still love those wheels on thirdgens. im gonna pick up a set sometime soon for my spare/scca racing wheels since they are so cheap and look awesome. plus my new 18's should have the 4th gen fit as well so the 2" spacers will work for both sets!!!! :lala: o and the lt1 tips look killer on our cars....got a set waiting to be fully polished
