Well, it comes down to a matter of where you want to go with the car. Do you want it to project a mean look, fast look, sporty look, modern look, classic look, drifter look, dragster look, sleeper look, etc... You've got a clean slate it would appear and needs no drastic attention. It's important to select a theme or course to make for a nice path of change with great results. Off the bat though I think som C5 Y2K rims would hit the spot on that one

So that's just exterior looks, interior and performance is a whole other can of worms, too

i cant tell if it is lowered, but it looks pretty low, but if it isnt lower that ****. Then leave it just like that , except for a big hp engine. Be one of the few guys to leave the outside alone, including rims.

Sweet ride!

Honestly all I would probably do if it were my car is put heritage stripes on it and maybe paint the tri-angle parts on the wheels body colored.I made the mistake of stripping the red paint off of my wheels when I was going to polish them and changed my mind after the fact.

That car needs nothing. It's a beautiful Z in (almost) all of it's stock glory. I can definitely appreciate that.

Kandied91z - Actually I met you on Telegraph one night last summer. I don't know if you remember me but my name is Sean. I had my car, my bestfreinds 00 SS and his girlfriends 97 Formula, and my other buddies 01 SS. The night those 2 state cops were looking at your car and saying how sweet it is. Oh and to anyone who hasn't seen Kandied91z's car in person . . . pictures do not do it justice because it is simply amazing! Also I don't know if your interested or not but the EMCC (Eastern Michigan Camaro Club) rents out Milan Dragway once a month when it opens up. It's $30 and it's all Camaros, Mustangs, Supras, and Mike Moran has shown up for a couple with his quad trubo car. Let me know if your interested and I will send you and e-mail next time we all go out there. Or if anyone in the area is interested . . . trust me you wont regret it, there are so many grudge matches it's unbelieveable!

I'm looking to get a hood and some rims . . . and im caught bewteen the Roh Snypers or the Corvette Y2K's. For the hood im also drawn between the cervini's cowl or the goodmark steel cowl. I have seen some pics of them both and I just don't know what I want.

Thanks for all the compliments. The car has come along way and is in no shape for the show, but im trying!

Sean

that was you i had no idea? i was a little uneasy that night, especially with the police around i had no idea what intentions they had after they asked me to race them later that night. well all the same thankyou for the compliments and you should come out to some of our gatherings. i've been to a few of the trips to miland but it's hard for me to get time off during the week to do that unfortunately. let me know though as i will always try.

as far as the wheels if i can offer you any advice after going through the experience try to stay away from any rim that needs an adapter. that is unless you get such a deal it's worth it.

Thank you again for all the nice compliments!

Leahs88irocz - Yes kinda. I actually live off of Canton Center and Warren. Right across the way from Tonday Elementary School.

Kandied91z - Yeah that was me! That was kind of uneasy. But it had to make you feel good when everyone in Joe Randazzo's parking lot dropped what they were ding to some see your car. And when you opened the hood everyone was like "Man that's awesome!" And actually those to sate cops are awesome, they pulled my friend over while she was drag racing (I was with her), and told her she has a sweet car and how he had a Firehawk she just said have a nice day, because he told us how he could appreciate a 4th gen. He races his Firehawk alot down there (It's the Silver one). I was talking to him the week later cause he liked my car and he was just telling me how sweet the one he saw last week was (yours!

Gunny Highway - Actaully I am going to be getting a new hood shoot me a PM.

Thanks Again,
Sean

Leahs88irocz - where abouts do you live? I don't remember seeing yours. During the first nice sunny day my friends and I get our cars out and go for a cruise . . .You should come along. Also are you a member of the EMCC (Eastern Michigan Camaro Club)? Meeting are on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month.
