Camaro history from a concept

I dont know if anyone has ever seen this, but here it is anyway. This is a concept Camaro that Chevrolet designed. As you can see, alot of it ended up on later year Camaros and a little went to the 4th gen TA... I like how the ground effect vents ended up on the 91-92 Z28s

I like it. But Im not sure I like the color of the car. I think it would have been a better looking then the iroc u see today. However Im sure price was an issue. Although its all just steel anyway. LOL

Yeah i was peaking threw those a few weeks ago... And i was suprised. THey should of made it. Those things are hot. I agree i dont like the color. But if that thing was black, that would be the best 3rdgen. That thing would be sittin next to my 91 Z in the driveway

Looks kind nasty actually. I don't like how it seems they just tried to wrap over the hard corners to smooth things out. Under all that sheetmetal/fiberglass it's still using our boxy style...

Kinda looks like that FWD firebird concept posted in another thread. Along with a stealth ram looking thing under the hood...

And they didn't even follow through. You get the smooth curves front and rear and the middle sticks out like a sore thumb.

And I hate that rear. Those taillights are too small and just don't look right when the rear is still kinda big.

It's pretty easy to see where the inspiration for the 4th gens came from.
