It wasn't that hard to install. The directions tell you to bolt it over the old grill, they supply you with long bolts. However I thought that was retarted to bolt it over the old grill so I took mine off. I used nut certs in the plastic behind the grill and spaced it off that about an inch. It hasn't fallen off yet so it seems to be holding strong.

I don't know but for some reason it seems to me that billet grilles dont go well on a 3rd gen. Just doesn't look right.

ok, I was on the fence about one of these but wow, the first pic really sold me. I do think however that the billet grilles look better on certain colors. JMO
