Looking for a CAD Outline of a Third Gen.
Greetings all,
I have been searching for a Black and White CAD type outline that one could use for making up different paint designs. I have found a few that are from a 3/4 (I believe its called) view. While these are good to show the most of the car in one drawing, it is rather hard to draw on. What I am really looking for is a good top down view and a flat side view. A front view would be welcome too, but not necessary. I searched the site for a while but could not find anything like this. I probably did not use the right key words on the search; I apologize if this has been posted in the past.
You all are my last hope before I try to brush off the old AutoCAD book I used 10 years ago when I thought Engineering would be "cool". I doubt my skills would be adequate for what I really want to do with this.
Thanks for the help and hopefully Im not the only one that would be interested in such information.

Thanks ScottyRS, those are a great start. I should be able to get the paint design drawn on those better.
Here is the outline I have (now that I am home) in case anyone is also interested in using them. While its a good outline, its hard to get a design placed on the hood, sails, and sides.

Those all look good. I never got into the CAD 3d stuff in my classes, it looked like it was hard and tedious to get it to work. I might need to look into the photoshop stuff; those should work better for a side view.

Ahhh...that's not the right attitude, Rydex.
If you gave up on everything just because it was hard, you couldn't get anywhere.
I agree it's a little tedious, but I do it for a living, and once you get the swing of things and learn a couple techniques, it's really quite easy.
