oh boy, springs coming!

Well finally we had a decent day out today in Erie, PA after getting pounded with snow for the past month or so. I am hoping spring is coming soon! The camaro is hating the snow and is begging for the sun again lol. Anyways, with spring coming up, I want to get the TLC side work done on my car so she can be all ready for her motor swap. I had a few questions for you guys. The first one is when I bought my car, the ground effect that is attached to the bottom of the door was taken off (drivers side). I have the piece, I just have no clue where to get the brackets (or what looks like brackets, they are rusted badly) to put the piece back on. Another question I had is where can I find a trim set for the interior of my car because mine is all sagging due to broken clips. I went to the dealer already, but I was wondering if you guys knew of any place online or something that would sell the trim set cheaper (hard top). Yet another question. Before the snow, my wiper blades use to go under the hood when they were shut off. Snow and crap builds up under the hood so the wipers can't get down into the hood. With our nice day, I cleaned out the the slot under the hood for where the wipers go but they wont go down there when shut off. I was thinking maybe the gears were stripped out or something causing them not to seat to their bottom postion. Could anyone tell me how to fix this? Last but not least. While scraping ice off my windshield I managed to bust the windshield washer sprayers off both wipers (the clips broke on them). Is there a cheap but good fix for these or should I go to the dealer and buy a whole new kit to replace them? Thanks in advance for your help guys. I really appreciate it!

EDIT: BTW incase someone needed to know, its a 1992 RS
