BW 9 bolt picture help please
does anyone have some pictures of the brake set up on the 9 bolt bog warner rear with cast iron calipers. im looking for a guide to bend my lines, and install the calipers (there was no brake on the rear). i tried searching but i couldnt find any pictures with the stock iron calipers. thanks

Re: BW 9 bolt picture help please
sure ill take what i can get. im mostly concerned with the rubber lines to the calipers. do you know if they are rubber lines or does the hard line do straightto the caliper?

Heres some pics. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/body...-up-start.html
i think stock theres only 1 rubber line on the rear end it self and one that is coming off the chassis of the car to the rear end. i bought stainless steel lines i might go back to rubber. but if you want you can run hard lines on the rear end it self since its a solid axle. you will still need a flexible line coming off the chassis to the rear end. . .
----------
btw theres a few company's that make pre-bent hard lines for the 9-bolt with iron calipers. . .

there is a rubber line between the hard line at frame to distribution block on rear end. then a rubber line going to each caliper. i replaced mine with stainless steel braided lines for 4 wheel discs. comes with all 5 lines.

See if this helps. I'm pretty sure the flex line is on the passenger side but it's hard to see:
