My car pulls to the right bad when applying the brakes, does that mean the right front caliper is bad or going bad ?

or can rear brakes make this happen too ? they need changed i think but having a hard time getting the drums off.

If anything, it means the left is going bad. Basically the right side is stopping and the left side is trying to use the right tire as a pivot point.

Bad rear brakes can cause it, but its almost always the fronts that cause a pull.

To try to get the drums off, if they will come off a little, try spinning the drums while pulling them off. If that doesnt work, sometimes there is a rubber plug you can take out of the backing plate and loosen the adjuster.

Simple things first...Replace the rubber brake hoses. Thaty is the problem.

I replaced one a couple years ago but i don't remember which one, that one was cracked and looking bad.
Is there a way to tell if one is blown on the inside?

Is that correct that if it pulls to the right that means the left hose is bad ?

The back brakes are not making any noise but i figured it was about time since i replaced the rotors and pads and the one hose two years ago on the front but maybe i can get more out of them and just replace the front bad hose if I can locate the bad one .

When working on brakes, you replace by sets on both sides. Your example: replaced "one brake hose", you should have replace both. then Then you wonder what the problems are.

The hoses can look fine and yet be faulty. Most members would tell you to replace the hoses in pairs.

yes i should have but money was real tight and i was forced to just replace what i had to.

I'll try and look at it this week when it stops raining.
Any tips to help me look for anything?

Welcome to TGO. Any auto parts store will either have them in stock or be able to order in.

If you want to upgrade, replace with Stainless Steel hoses. Better brake feel and will last the life of the car (in most cases).
