1991 Z28 For Sale
Year:
1991
Make:
Chevy
Model:
Camaro Z28
Engine:
305 (5.0L) TPI
Trans:
700R4 (Automatic)
Mileage:
90,8XX
Mods:
Edelbrock TES Shortie Headers
Y-pipe with Magnaflow High Flow cat
Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back
(this set up sounds really good)
3.73 Gears
Shift Kit
Lakewood Panhard bar
Polyurethane Tranny Mount
K&N Throttle Body Cone Filter
Stereo:
Kenwood Head Unit
JL Audio speakers (installed during Spring '08)
Pioneer 6-Disk CD Changer (mounted in hatch)
The Bad:
The AC will need recharged
Heat doesn't get too hot
Rock chips on the hood and behind the wheels
Left rear tire has slow leak
Other than that, there is nothing wrong with the car. The window motor and regulator were replaced on the drivers side this past summer. It also has a new steering wheel that was installed this summer. Starter was also replaced during the summer. In addition, the alternator was also replaced a year ago.
This car is a very reliable car and runs strong.
Right now I'm asking $6,500 obo.

Re: 1991 Z28 For Sale
I'd be interested at a lower price, given it's winter and the state of the economy it's a buyers market on these cars (any car for that matter).
A/C repair could be anything from a $200 recharge to a $1000+ overhaul. If it's been sitting uncharged, then the condensor is going to need to be replaced also.
Heat fix is probably either a blend problem, or a heater core. Either one of which is most likely going to require pulling the dash. Again, not a cheap fix.
how negotiable are you on price?

Re: 1991 Z28 For Sale
Is that Dan? I'm pretty sure that was the previous owner's name. Erik used some of his pictures in the ad because most of the ones he took have the chrome ZR1's on and they aren't being sold with the car because I have them on my SS now.
Btw this is my brother's car so I've seen plenty of it and I can say that this is one clean third gen.

Pictures don't show it, but it does have clear sidemarkers.
Does that make anyone want to buy it now?!
