Aww man ur selling it? That this is one of the cleanest conteur camaros on this board. What brought about this decision other than the wanting of a corvette? Anyone thinking about this car should take a peek. It will most likely be a long time before another early camaro with these options pops up for sale in this condition. Good luck with the sale!

Thanks, Well I'm just wanting something with more hp and i didn't want to mess with this car because its way to nice and original. If i was older and had more money i would keep it and just buy a corvette, but I cant so thats just life.. lol Whoever buys it I would like to keep in contact with them so one day i can buy it back. If you could help me spread the word about my car that would be great. I would like to have a corvette before summer is over.

Well there is another option that i think is still along the lines of not messing with the originaltiy of the car. Since i know you like it...why not take the original trans and engine out and put them aside but keep them..and build whatever engine u want for it and drop it in in front of a slightly built up trans. That way u get to keep that car and if u ever wanted to swap it back to original...u had all the parts to do it. There is an aweful lot u can do to a car without it hurting its value as long as its not permanent.

when I was 19 i had the exact same interior/engine package as yours. Even had the fiberglass ram air hood that worked but mine was repainted like a charcoal gray. When I bought it the cross fire injection was all out of whack and we had a old back woods mechanic that got under the hood and started unplugging all kinds of stuff and turning crap and when it was done it screamed like a scalded dog. Those seats had to be the most comfortable seats ever in a camaro, the adjustable lumbar support was real nice. You either loved the orange/read seat color or you hated it, there seemed to be no in between but once you sat in them you fell in love
