Hey guys, as much as I hate doin this, I'm seriously thinking about selling the car I spent months looking for last year. I'm shopping for a new pickup and I've found a couple I'm really interested in but I'd have to sell this car to get. The car technically has had 3 owners before me. Here's the story I got(which I have no reason to doubt)...original owner had it till 08 and I have a book with everything done to the car up to that point. Car was sold in 08 to a guy that only kept it for a couple months then the guy I bought it from picked it up. It had 87k when I bought it. Car has original interior and paint(a couple dings and some chips). I have the original window sticker for $21,179 FULLY loaded with option package 3(leather interior, 9bolt 3.27 posi rear etc). I paid $9000 for it. I've done the following work to it...walbro fuel pump, magnaflow converter, mac y pipe, flowmaster exhaust, accel superram base, ported SLP runners with siamesed plenum, comp cams 1.52 roller rockers and AFPR. Cost me over $1000 just in parts. Car runs really strong. Ac was converted to 134 and blows ice cold! Can't post pics off my phone, but I have a lot I can email. Btw, car is 110% rust free. Not even any rust on fuel or brake lines like a lot of 3rd gens. Like I said, I hate the thought of giving it up, but I may need it gone to get the truck I want. Asking $8500. I think its worth at least that, but I need a new truck more than I need this car. If no serious interest I'll keep it and get a cheaper truck. Only reason I'm lookin to sell it is cause the truck I looked at today that I'd REALLY like to get I over 40k! Bump back to the top...located halfway between philadelphia and allentown. 5-10 min from exit 31 of northeast extension(476). Even without pics, no real interest at all? I know times are tough these days(and there's another blue IROC for sale on here), but this is a 100% every option you could get that year documented roc...with some decent upgrades. Absolute rock bottom price would be $7000. At that price I'm losing over 3k plus my time and effort. I flew to milwaukee wi and drove this thing home. I know at 87,000 the mileage is up there, but that's why I'd rather sell this car than my 91. If I'd sell my 91 this car would get bumped to "2nd vehicle" status instead of current 3rd vehicle and the mileage would start going up and value going down. I don't "need" to sell it, but it would make my new financial situation much easier.

It would seem that most of the vehicles that sell on this forum are < $4,000. I haven't had much luck with mine either. We'll see.

Yea, I figured it wouldn't be an easy sell. How ironic it is that last year when I offered up top dollar for this exact car there was none to be found and this year there's plenty! Lol. I sent pics to the guys that asked for them. Guess we'll see what happens.

There seems to be quite a few "unresolved" cars in the for sale section. No way to get in touch with the owners, no pics, no word if the car sold or not. This is an example of a car Id like to see or at least know the status.

Cool, thanx! Give me a day or 2 to get home and pull the car out to take some more...I deleted the ones I had in my phone cause the memory was getting full. I'd really like to get rid of one of the cars so I can get a twin turbo kit for my duramax!(An 800hp crew cab lifted pickup would be awsome!)...

Tried to take pics tonite but phone is acting weird. Give me an email address and I can send a few sometime this week. Nufnuf, thank u for offering to post pics. I'll try to get a couple tonite, but would rather wait till weekend so I can pull it out of garage! Btw, car is now paid off, so I don't NEED to sell it but like I said I'd like the money to spend on my truck. So no lower than 7k.
