Well i was on the high way in 3rd gear up to 61/2 grand and the car felt like it ran out of gas

i still had more to go it sucks why did it do do that any body ever have this happen .350 torquer intake holly 600 double pumper set at 6 psi .

I don't know if this is the problem or not but, the in tank fuel pump is the same for the 305 and the 350; the 350 is good up to 5500rmp tops. Could it be that due to your engine and the 6.5 you were pulling that the pump couldn't keep up? Also, check your fuel filter - happened to me once, the only difference was that my 305 was only pushing 4.5rpm.
