Possible to fit 3/8" return line?
I'm going to be replacing my fuel lines and installing an electric fuel pump and bypass regulator in near future. I know these things like having a big return line. Is it possible to order 2 prebent feed lines and use one for a return using OE brackets?

Yes, that would be possible, but the line on the sender itself is 5/16" as well. You would have to modify the sender.

If you were reading my posts about having problems with the mallory 4309 and the stock return lines, don't worry - I found my issue and it had nothing to do with the 5/16 return line size - I'm running fine now and have no problems getting the 4309 to adjust down as low as 3psi from my TBI pump.

Hey Camaronewbie what pump are you running? If I'm going to drop the tank I wanna do it right and drop in a Walbro 255 so I won't run out of fuel with future upgrades, but I wanna make sure it won't over power the 5/16" return.
