Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
Due to minimum order requirements, I now have more C100 connectors than Ill even use for LS1 harnesses, so Im here wondering if any carb guys would like brand new C100's with about 6' of wire so you dont have to cut up a good harness
Basically itll look like this minus the alt connector

Should be around $60 plus shipping
Anyone interested in these or would you prefer to continue to cut up used harnesses?

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
When switching to carb, the old EFI harness can go away. In the past, it mean dissecting the engine harness to extract the C100 from everything else because it houses the power and gauge connections for basically all 3rd gens. Im offering new C100s with plenty of wire to avoid chopping up your old harness

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
Oh perfect. I'm in the process of swapping a carbed 350 into my 89 firebird which was a 305tbi car. 5 speed also if it matters. Would the wires for power windows be in the same Harness?

Power windows arent affected. Only fans and fuel pump are affected by a carb swap. There are simple work arounds for both

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
Would this make it where I just disconnect my TPI harness and plug this one in and wire up the engine? And everything like the gauges, fans, fuel pump, etc will work?
Thanks, Bradley.

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
Its just the C100, but I can build as much or little as you need. I recommend an aftermarket fan controller with an adj radiator probe instead of rigging up the stock relays
The more there is, the more it'll cost

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
So this C100, is that the one down in the passenger side fender?
I might be very interested. I have an 84 with CC qjet. I really need to clean up my engine bay. Would need Serpentine alternator, AC, as I've retrofitted that on.
I already have an after market stand-alone fuel pump and fan relay set up.

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
The c100 is next to the booster
C207 was near the ECM and isnt used for most carb conversions

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
I have an 1988 camaro. Was 350 tbi now I have a 355 with 4bbl Edelbrock. Could you make a harness that keeps everything working like stock without ecm. I also upgraded ac compressor to r134a sanden. Thanks

I've got an 89 iroc carb swapped 350 I'd like to buy a completely new harness for. The old tpi harness, c100, c207, and ecm are all removed

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
You may tap into some interest for people with CCC E4ME cars that they intend to remain stock or concours-grade stock ie appear exactly as GM "New".
This would be true for any carb'd CCC V8 GM... Plenty of cars out there with those engines and increasing values/desirability.
Many of these harnesses are "cooked" and brittle/damaged, and junkyard cores in good shape are getting scarce.

Re: Gauging interest in new carb harnesses
Yall PM me
I will say I have no interest in recreating OEM fit and function for CCC setups or replacement harnesses at OEM level. They would cost too much and several connectors are simply discontinued. Big reason Im not making hybrid SD setups for older cars
