1985 sport coupe 305 quadrajet stalling and dying when warm
hello i am a new member, but ive had my car for quite some time and for the past month when i drive it a lot, it tends to start making a loud hum or bogging sound when given more than like an 1/8th throttle. it gets worse and worse until it just dies, then it will not start for about 5 minutes then this process repeats. the carb is rebuilt and has a new mechanical on block fuel pump and i have a new fuel filter in it. (my mileage is $hit as well) any help would be apprecited. thanks!

Have you done an ignition tune up? Plugs, wires, etc? Checked timing?
Did you set up the carb and dial it in?
