Convertible 1LE? 350?
Stumbled across an ad for a convertible 1LE w/350. Swears it was special order. I've asked for documentation but yet to produce. What's the possibility? I'm pretty sure the guy has his head up his butt. There weren't any copo's around during the 3rdgen era, just the 1LE and B4c's as far as I know. What do the Internet experts say?

Chevy or Pontiac?
There's a few convertible Pontiacs with 350's out there, I don't recall seeing any with the 1LE option though. I've never heard of nor seen a true 350 Camaro convertible though.

Re: Convertible 1LE? 350?
The only two true 1LE verts that I can think of is the 89 TTA that was converted to a vert and the one Firehawk Trans Am. That is about it. I believe that the Firehawk came with the aluminum 383.

2) The Firehawk Vert was originally a 305 car... The last two Firehawks were actually 305 cars, converted to a Firehawk drive train, they are actually the most legit... More or less...

This one is a Camaro. However the guy just told me it has AC. So I'm sure this is not a 1LE. Thanks for the input, but I consider this a dead issue.

Offtopic, but do you happen to know the VIN? If so, PM me? I ask because Compnine shows 1 1992 Formula with 1LE and CC1 but it's not Yellow. It shows it's black (41U). But it doesn't have AC. Would like to see if the VIN is in their database, and if so, why it's not showing up correctly.

Re: Convertible 1LE? 350?
JT,
No, I do not have the VIN, I want to think either T-top350 (Tony) or T-toner (Greg) might have it... There was an article written about the car way back when... One of them actually confirmed the car and they tried to buy it, with no luck.
