I assume this is the unit you are referring to?

Air Fuel Ratio Gauge for measuring air fuel ratio by NGK. The Powerdex NGK AFX Air Fuel Ratio Monitor.

I finally got to give it a good eyeballing.
It came with a Bosch Sensor, and that really caught me off guard. It was interesting that the Bosch Sensor had a Honda connector on it, and in the URL you supplied I found this:
