Car: 88 GTA Trans-am
Engine: 350 vortec TPI(in process)
Transmission: 700-R4
Axle/Gears: 3.27 LSD
HSR tuning questions
Hey friends, just wondering what the hsr intake likes for tuning....check my sig for Mt can specs...but I think I read somewhere that the intake like full timing in by 3500 rpm...mine is at 30 degrees by 6400 which is the top of the table. Keep in mind I have cast heads so it won't be as radical as if I had aluminum heads.also if anyone has any tips for tuning this intake id greatly appreciate it...this wad my first year messing around with this stuff so I still have LOTS to learn.

what compression? with vortecs thats not a bad place to be but you can maybe try 32-34 to see what happens else stay where your at. Peak torque rpm you may want to try 2 deg less than peak hp rpm timing and see what that gives you

Compression is stock for a 96' chev motor...I have not even checked that to be honest...I usually shift around 5500 ish rpm..
