Re: 91 camaro, wiring diagram needed
sounds like you have a VATS problem. try turning the key to the on possition and jump the starter again. if it cranks its
an issue with the relay, if it doesnt, then its a VATS issue.

did you jump the starter with the key on and it didnt start? if the answer to that is yes, then a new start enbale relay isnt going to fix it. you need to do a search on VATS and see what all is involved in diagnosing it and either fixing it or bypassing it.

hey good sir could you send it to me. Mines a 91, I’m building a blown race car and this one has all the factory wiring and I am trying to figure out how to hook up a ignition switch, then the start switch. Our 86 camaro was gutted so it made our life a lot simpler

Re: 91 camaro, wiring diagram needed
i was looking to see if that one member still had the direction on what wires to use under the steering column for toggle switches. I’ve got the Austin website, I’m going to be getting rid of some wires but I want to know what wires I need for 1. Ignition, Accessory, and Start. That’s what I was looking to see since I am working with the wires off the steering column

I know it would be nice if they still got the notifications or emails from this. I hate starting new threads over an old subject, but this was only emailed to him, I just hope they don’t gripe about a new thread
