Brake light problem need help quick

brake lights stopped working a couple months ago (not my daily driver) so i figured it would be as easy as changing out the sensor switch behind the pedal. NO, i just changed the switch out tonight hoping i can have it running for tomorrow. The switch didn't fix it. Ive never done any type of wiring work that could have messed it up and ive never even taken out the tailights. Any ideas on what my problem can be? the sooner the better

Car: VIN=85 T/A, CAR=82/3 T/A gfx, go figure. She's a T/A anyway!
Engine: 5.0, Holley 600 cfm 4-barrel
Transmission: THM350 ??
Could be bulbs blown or fuse blown. Check the fuses first. To access the tail lights all you do is remove the large plastic trim piece which covers the hatch lock. You should then see the back covers for the tail lights. These are held on by about 4 or 5 butterfly/ wing nuts. Just undo those and then you should be able to pop the tail light assembly out. The bulb is a bayonet type (twist and it pulls out). When replacing the bulb, make sure that the pins on either side of the bulb locate in the right slots in the light (they are at different heights). Check to see if it works before putting the covers back!

Hope this helps,
Mark.

not the fuse, and it cant be my bulbs unless all the tailight bulbs, including the spoiler light, went out at the same time
